JM Associates (JMA) today launched a refreshed web site, at www.breakthrough-thinking.com. The new web site includes information on JMA's process innovation and business process reengineering services.
19-Jan-2008 - CRNBC renews JMA streamlining program for third year
The College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) has engaged with JM Associates (JMA) for the third consecutive year to help plan and facilitate its Process Streamlining (PS) program.
CRNBC will do at least six streamlining projects during 2008. The organization will achieve its goal of having staff from all departments participate on a PS team. Partnering with JMA, CRNBC completed a total of five full and mini-PS projects in 2007 in addition to the four PS projects completed in 2006.
