John Marrazzo
John Marrazzo is a Principal of JM Associates, and has worked in higher education and consulting for over 30 years. A frequent speaker at higher education and industry conferences, John's experience includes advising executive management, leading strategic planning initiatives, and training and facilitating process innovation teams.
John is a former MIS director and graduate of the University of Delaware in Newark, DE.
Kevin Ciotta
Kevin Ciotta is a Principal of JM Associates, and has over 20 years of higher education and consulting experience. Kevin's experience includes the delivery of technology services and support to institutional clients, the development and execution of project plans, communication strategy planning and implementation, and process innovation support.
Kevin is a former employee and graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Rob Wilson
Rob Wilson is an Associate with JM Associates. Rob has worked in higher education and consulting for over 15 years, with a focus on communications and public relations using Internet-enabled technologies.
Rob is a former employee and graduate of the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC (Canada).

Process Innovation focuses on helping organizations systematically look at their processes, then improve or radically change them to be more effective and efficient internally and to better serve clients. Process Innovation projects also help organizations create a culture where staff perpetually embrace change and think creatively about processes and clients.
