John Marrazzo is a Principal of JM Associates, and has worked in higher education and consulting for over 30 years. A frequent speaker at higher education and industry conferences, John's experience includes advising executive management, leading strategic planning initiatives, and training and facilitating process innovation teams.
John is a former MIS director and graduate of the University of Delaware in Newark, DE.

Kevin Ciotta is a Principal of JM Associates, and has over 20 years of higher education and consulting experience. Kevin's experience includes the delivery of technology services and support to institutional clients, the development and execution of project plans, communication strategy planning and implementation, and process innovation support.
